Thanks a million, Joann. Have you seen the collection of DIY kitchens by The Kim Six Fix? She includes over 100 redos using many different techniques. I think it is called The Ultimate Guide to Kitchens. I have it pinned under Kitchen redos on my Pinterest account. It might be helpful when considering how you’d like to proceed. Good luck with your redo!!
Thanks so much. The bookcase…..spoiler alert…..which encloses and actually conceals a full-size bathtub….was built as part of the refresh. The post for this reveal is being prepared this week. Look forward to sharing this interesting feature with you!!
This is stunning! I love the color of the vanity. Did you paint the gray right over the original teal? I would like to do my master bathroom in this color, it’s perfect.m I wish you could come to my house!!! By the way, I don’t think you always have to have eye candy when you have before and afters. How would we know what you did and how hard you worked and how talented you are? I would rather see the reality and then the eye candy.
Haha…..thanks. And yes….every coat of new color was painted right over the other. I was careful to allow for good drying and, in some cases, curing of the paint. The Escape Gray in semigloss was the last coat.
No…no topcoat was needed. The semigloss dried to a finish that looked like it has been poly coated. Thanks for following and for your kind words. Much appreciate.
Absolutely Lovely! Thanks so much for sharing your fondness of Poppie’s! We are honored that you have used our product! Your work is stunning! I can’t wait to see what you create next.
Wow! It is always amazing at how paint can dramatically transform something. Your space looks so stylish! I love the mix of handles that you used on the vanity.
Very impressive as always! Very creative and excellent work.
